Credentials

Professionally, I draw upon my early career as both a former business owner and operator of a corporate event planning business primarily serving Fortune 500 clients. I am a Professional Certified Coach (CPCC) through The Coaches Training Institute (CTI).  I received advanced training in ORSC (Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching) from CRR Global, and The Institute for Cultural Affairs in Group Facilitation Methods. I hold a B. A. in Communications from Loyola University with a focus on Interpersonal Communications, and advanced studies in Psychology at the Illinois School for Professional Psychology.

 

Personally, I am deeply committed to my own professional and personal development, and continually update my training and knowledge base to best serve my clients. I practice mindfulness, meditation and yoga regularly, which provide a strong foundation for my life and work.
